WHO WE ARE?
Our team consists of professionals who have personal, practical, long-term experience in management and leadership positions in Polish and international consulting, financial and technology companies.
The company is managed by Maciej Wiśniewski - since 1994 consultant, manager, board member and partner of leading consulting companies (Andersen Consulting, Arthur Andersen, Andersen Business Consulting, Deloitte), associated with the banking sector (Raiffeisen), also managed Polish and international professional and technology services companies (S&T, Fujitsu)
and lecturer at the Academy of Leadership Psychology.
The projects are carried out by a group of 10 experts in management, marketing and sales, and finance,
who are also passionate and expert in the field of leadership.
HOW WE WORK?
Our clients are companies, board members, executives of Polish and foreign companies, as well as entrepreneurs and family businesses. We work mainly with companies in the professional services (law firms), financial (banking) and manufacturing industries.
We work in one-on-one programs, such as with an executive, board member or partner in a company. We also conduct closed programs for teams in companies, workshops, strategy sessions and lectures and seminars.
As experts and practitioners in business, leadership and management, we also participate in conferences and panel discussions. We have experience and practice in teaching academic classes for professionals in postgraduate programs.
OUR SERVICES
Professional coaching is a proven and effective method of individual work aimed at helping the client gain momentum and improve professional and personal performance. As professionals, we tailor our approach to the client's needs in order to help them develop solutions and action strategies that are most appropriate for them.
We conduct dedicated programs for companies and teams, tailored to their needs, to develop leadership competencies in organizations. Our preferred and recommended method is a unique group work "Mastermind" - it is a systematic work in an intimate group of people that is a combination of workshop, study, group coaching, brainstorming. Our classes include: leadership, communication and relationships, inspiration and motivation, and personal development.
Building a cohesive, efficient and well-functioning team is a key issue, but at the same time very difficult, due to the need to combine many aspects, including psychology, organization, management, communication. We have methods that diagnose the existence of so-called "dysfunctions of teamwork" and tools and solutions to reduce or even eliminate these dysfunctions. This leads to an increase in the effectiveness of teams and an improvement in the quality and efficiency of work.
We support clients in assessing leadership competencies and influence on others, identifying strengths and areas and opportunities for development through 360-degree assessments, using The Maxwell Leadership Assessment and other valuable tools. The assessment is based, for example, on the "5 levels of leadership" model, and measures the qualities that help leaders succeed at successive levels of leadership. 360-degree surveys can be done individually or for entire teams or companies. Part of each survey is an individual feedback session.
SPEECHES AND INSPIRATION
We speak at conferences and seminars. We take a special approach to closed events organized by companies to inspire and motivate its employees. At such events, we address topics related to business and personal effectiveness and the psychology of leadership in an inspiring manner, drawing on our own management experience, as well as referring to scientific authorities in these fields. These speeches also often precede closed seminars or strategy sessions for company or organizational executives.
WORKSHOPS AND STRATEGY SESSIONS AND MEETING FACILITATION
The formulation of a company's mission and vision for its development leads to increased involvement of its employees. This becomes a criterion for strategic business decisions, as well as hugely determines its attractiveness to employees, shareholders and investors. A business strategy built with mission, vision and values in mind is solidly based on the foundations on which the company and its owners and management operate, increasing the effectiveness and success of its implementation. We prepare and conduct sessions of this type.
